Arrival & Setup:
Many of our beanbags are too large to ship filled. This is due to that fact that they are too large for the couriers maximum dimensions.
Please open the outer box carefully and take the cover and filling from the box. Please take a moment to review the instruction leaflet for guidance. Filling is simple, and usually takes just a few minutes for 2 people.
After setting up your beanbag, please keep hold of the packaging for a period. We suggest this because if you decide for any reason to return the item, you may require these boxes again in order that the beanbag can be shipped back.
Delivery Options & Limitations:
Regular Delivery - Allow upto 7 days
We attempt to deliver all our items as quickly as possible however as many items are manufactured to order, we ask that you please allow upto 7 days. If you require your item urgently, please use the express delivery option.
**Please note working days are Monday to Friday. As an example, Express orders placed on Friday evening will leave on Monday for delivery between Tuesday & Thursday.
**Cut off time is 12 Noon.
Regular delivery is €5/ order. Please allow upto 7 days for the item to arrive.
UK Express delivery is charged at an additional €2.75 per order (€5+€2.75). Express orders are shipped out same day if ordered before 12 noon (excluding Weekends). Due to a variety of shipping factors eg, remote location, Islands, made to order product, nobody at home, etc, we CANNOT GUARANTEE next day delivery. Express orders take 2-3 days to arrive.
The delivery communication process:
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email/ text will be sent to you, it will notify you that the goods are on the way and will provide you with tracking information & contact details.
A second email/ text will be sent to you once the items are ready to leave the couriers warehouse (usually early on the day of delivery) This will provide you with an estimated time for the delivery so you can make your preparations. Should you not be able to meet the slot, there is a link which may be followed to re-book the delivery to a more suitable time.
What happens if i miss the delivery?
If you miss the delivery, a card will be left, the courier will also attempt to retry the delivery the following day. Should you miss the second delivery you will be asked to collect the item from a provided location. Should they not hear from you in 10 days, the order will be returned back to our warehouse.
Once it is returned to our warehouse, a re-delivery cost of €10/ parcel inc vat will be required to release the goods.
We deliver across Ireland & UK, we are not able to offer delivery to the following locations, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Orkneys & Western Isles. Should an order be placed for delivery to one of these locations, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of re-arranging your delivery to an available postcode area. If this is not a possibility we will arrange an immediate refund.*
